Sometimes waking up at 4am is a bad this. This morning I felt refreshed and ready for the day so I headed down to the hanger in the cover of dark, and got going on the right flap. With all the lessons learned, the process went a lot smoother. By adjusting some minor build techniques like order of riveting (rivet all of the bottom side before starting the top side), and using different bucking bars, the process was much smooth. Below are some photos of the session. Tomorrow I’m off to my Annual Condition Inspection for the Velocity, but I should be back at the right flap sometime this week. Until then, Happy Building!
