Quick and straightforward session installing the fuel sender unit into the baffle with sealant. This is the last step before closing up the baffle (which I’m hoping to do on Wednesday). Nothing really to report. Sealant went on nicely, and I spent some extra time sealing the back nutplate side. I verified working sender resistance after applying the sealant. I also removed the brackets from the wing spar and scuffed/cleaned them up in preparation for install. Below are some pictures from the session. Happy Building!
