Last night Giacomo had a project he wanted to work on, and since it included using the power tools I hung out with him at the hangar to supervise. (btw, he was using the bandsaw, drills, and chop saw all on his own…and did it quite safely.) While he did that, I banged out a quick Kaizen foam session to organize my “Layout & Measure” drawer.
