Time to start building all the big tools. Today Nico and I built the WEN 12″ Drill Press (Model #4214).
EAA workbench #2 in the books! Nico helped with the last steps, and it went much faster this time around.
I need a place to prime (and eventually paint) at the Hangar, while ensuring I don’t overspray onto the other planes in the hangar. In this post I give a little view into the setup for an inflatable paint booth.

Time for paint! With the drywall mud in a satisfactory state, it’s time to get moving on the painting so that I can be ready for the wing kit coming in the next couple of weeks. Nico, Milo, and I started the first coat today!
I decided that I couldn’t live with that row of empty wall above the drywall I had already installed. So a little solo work, and some help from the boys, and we are basically all taped up!
